This
sunny, spacious villa is of excellent quality and offers perfect accommodation
for a relaxing holiday. It has three attractive bedrooms all with fitted
wardrobes and ceiling fans.
The master double has an ensuite bathroom, safe and hairdryer and the two twin rooms share a full shower room. A cot, highchair and extra beds are available. The spacious lounge has a stepped dining area with winter heater, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, radio with patio doors leading to the terrace with patio furniture.
The large garden surrounding the solar-heated pool, with calorex heating for the winter months at no extra charge, is private with high walls and has sun loungers and a barbeque. The well-equipped modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave .Adjacent there is a walled laundry area with washing-machine. .Towels are changed twice a week and linen weekly. Guests are provided with beach towels.

Dining Area: One step up with extending dining table and eight chairs.
Kitchen: Fully fitted with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board, sandwich toaster, coffee maker and crockery/glass for inside use with unbreakable crockery and glasses for use outside by pool.
Utility Area: Outside the backdoor is an area with washing machine and clothes airer - together with the patio furniture.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds with built-in wardrobe, hangers and chest of drawers, overbed lights, large mirror. Bathroom: Fully tiled with quadrant shower and sliding door, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom2: Twin beds with large built-in wardrobe, adequate coat hangers and clothes shelves, bedside cupboard and dressing chest with large mirror.
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with double built-in wardrobes with the safe and hangers, dressing area in front. Double bed with beside tables, chest of drawers with mirror over.
En-suite Bathroom: With bath, shower above, wash basin, WC and bidet.
Outdoors: Enclosed rear garden with solar and calorex heated pool, tiled patio and table, chairs and sun loungers. Garden area with planted borders, portable barbecue. Beach towels provided.
Towels changed twice weekly.
