Villa Victoria is a newly completed villa in a tasteful development 8 minutes walk to the north of Los Cucharos beach and shops and 4 minutes stroll to the nearest shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to golf course and aqua park.

Villa Victoria is in an ideal quiet location with a local shop just around the corner for the delicious fresh bread in the morning. A further 4 minutes will bring you to a range of bars and restaurants and choice of 2 supermarkets. Within a 10 minute stroll is Las Cucharas, the golden beach and the many seafront restaurants and shops while a walk along the attractive promenade brings you to the busier part of Costa Tequise with its weekly small market in the square. A car is not neccessary, although the villa has a driveway with parking for 2 cars, and if you do not wish to hire a car there are efficient local buses, numerous taxis and varied tours to the interesting places on the island. The golf course and waterpark are both 5 minutes drive away.
